There are no magic wands in the Giroma office. However, our win-win business model with its emphasis on adaptability and sustainability is keeping us busy and our clients happy. Here's an outline of the programmes we have at present.

FFP Lite

This offers outstanding benefits, both for cash-flow now and capital growth in the long run. Participants earn 7% per annum, paid monthly, with the prospect of further lump sums when property values rise. You don't need to take out a mortgage to join this programme. Beat the Bank

If you can commit any multiple of £1,000 for two years, you will earn 6% or more per annum, paid quarterly. You can read more about this programme in the private area of our website.

Tirpenry Development Syndicate

We plan to build 12 apartments in Swansea and are looking for syndicate partners who can commit £5,000 or more for about two years. Please e-mail us if you would like further particulars.

Short-term Syndicates

These typically run for 6-12 months and have always been popular. Our next syndicate, which is pooling resources to refurbish a property north of Cardiff, filled up in less than four months. We're currently looking at several other possibilities and assessing their viability. If you would like to join a short-term syndicate in the future, there's a choice of routes depending on your level of commitment.

  1. You can e-mail us an expression of interest and we'll add your name to our list. Then when our next syndicate project comes into clear view, we'll e-mail you the details and you can decide whether to join.
  2. You can secure the next available syndicate place by placing £2,000 or any higher multiple of £1,000 in our Short-term Syndicate Holding Fund. This gives you priority over people who have only expressed an interest as explained above. Registration in the Holding Fund is very simple. If you are thinking of joining it, please send us an e-mail so that we can prepare your paperwork.
