There are two ways that you can join forces with us as we invest in property. For a fixed rate of return you can be part of our Joint Venture Programme. As an alternative, from time to time we offer opportunities to put funds into specific projects, and to share directly in the outcome of those projects. Usually this is done on a syndicate model.
