May 2005

We have accepted an offer and look forward to a successful sale this time.

Sale Falls Through!

April 2005

It happens sometimes. Here we had a buyer who insisted that he was serious. We should have been suspicious when he told the agent he couldn't order searches for three weeks because of a tax problem, which had frozen his bank account. Still, we tend to give people the benefit of the doubt.

The next thing we knew, he had bought a property in a neighbouring village. We had just been a convenient backup plan.

February 2005

This property has sold subject to contract. We hope that the sale will proceed smoothly.

Lounge and Kitchen/Diner

First On The Market 2005!

February 2005

This delightful forest cottage is now on the market. After just one week, we've had several viewings and the agent feels that the property is priced well to sell.

In 2004 Giroma invested heavily into property. In 2005, we expect to see a number of these projects come to fruition. This is the first!

Progress Inside And Out

December 2004

The bathroom has been completed and work is proceeding on the driveway and parking area. We will soon choose carpets for the hallway, lounge, stairs and bathrooms.

The high retaining wall in front of the property has been re-built with the original stone. This has created more off-road parking space.

The grounds are being landscaped and the extension is going up steadily. The front windows are in, the rafters are up and the roofing felt is going on.

Vehicle Access In Place

January 2004

We have created a driveway onto the property and are rebuilding a tall retaining wall to make room for more off-road parking. In addition, the concrete foundations have been laid for the extension.
