Company history

Giroma Property Development Ltd was formed in 2003, having grown out of our successful property syndicate, Wye Gold. Our aim is to build a profitable company which earns a substantial return for our investors.

Prior to setting up the syndicate we had privately bought, refurbished and sold a range of properties. We made mistakes, learned a lot, and had pleasing profits. This experience inspired us to form the syndicate so we could broaden our scope. The success of the syndicate has led in turn to our incorporation as Giroma Property Development Ltd.

The Wye Gold property syndicate was subsumed into Giroma Property Development at the end of 2003. The company will continue to develop the existing projects and purchase others that meet our selection criteria.
