Not at all. We offer our investors a "hands off" investment, meaning that you invest and we do the hard work, looking after the details, so you can get on with your life (and watch your money grow)!
What security do you offer your investors?
Giroma is underpinned by property. The company's money is spent on buying property and adding value by refurbishing or developing it. This builds the company's assets. These tangible assets, together with the directors' personal investment and zeal to grow a highly profitable company, form the basic security for shareholders.
Can I ask questions or come and see how my money is being used?
Sure! We welcome all enquiries and our contact details are given here. We respond to questions as quickly as possible and will be happy to arrange a visit so that you can meet us and tour our current projects.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We are unable to offer a money-back guarantee on invested funds. As there is an element of risk in any type of investment, we would advise potential investors to satisfy themselves as to our integrity and legitimacy. We are happy to supply references from our accountant and solicitor upon request.
As company directors we are totally committed to doing our very best for you.
We apply strict criteria to any property we consider. We only purchase once we and our legal team are satisfied that everything is in order.
Do you have a minimum investment?
£1,000 for syndicates and £5,000 for guaranteed short-term loans to the company.
What if I want to withdraw my investment?
Investments into individual projects can only be withdrawn at the end of the project. Loans made to the company are usually for an agreed term.
